The website EvidPro.cz and the services offered under the EvidPro brand are operated by Swiss Invest - Private Capital Group, s.r.o., registered at Břetislavova 308/12, Praha 1 - Malá Strana, 118 00 Prague, Czech Republic, company registration number (IČO) 267 10 757, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 88892. Under the GDPR, the company acts as the data controller for your personal data.

The EvidPro.cz website has no registration or order form. When you write to us using the link on the Contact page or directly at info@evidpro.cz, we process the data you provide yourself. This is usually your name, email address, possibly a phone number, and the content of your message.

As part of normal operation, the web server automatically records technical information about each visit, such as the IP address, browser type and access time. These logs are kept on our behalf by our hosting provider Webglobe.cz and are used solely to secure the service and detect misuse.

We process your contact details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer or further collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your request, or performance of a contract if the collaboration continues further.

We process the technical server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and stable.

We keep email communication for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting collaboration, and for no more than three years from the last contact. Server logs are kept for a short period according to the standard settings of our hosting provider.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our hosting provider Webglobe.cz may have access to the data as it technically operates the website for us, and only to the extent needed for that service.

If you choose to load the interactive map on the Contact page, content from Google's servers is loaded at that point. From that moment you become a user of the Google Maps service, and Google processes data about your visit according to its own privacy policy. More details are available in our Cookie Policy.

In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. If you believe we are processing your data in breach of applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

We protect personal data with reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
